Fall Charity Project — Great local opportunity

Press Release Head shot Help us Grow Huntsville’s Tennis Legacy

The Huntsville Women’s Tennis Association (HWTA) is planning its annual Fall Charity Tennis Tournament, The Roselyn Donnelly Memorial Benefit, which will be held Nov 1-3, 2013 at the HuntsvilleTennis Center in John Hunt Park.  This year’s tournament proceeds and all sponsor donations will go towards the future Huntsville Tennis Center (HTC) Expansion project.

HTC hosts hundreds of players from all over the country, bringing tourism dollars to our city.  HTC already has an excellent reputation nationwide, and the goal of 16 additional courts will result in more opportunities to host regional and national tournaments.  Thank goodness the City of Huntsville has the foresight to begin revitalizing the John Hunt Park to develop an area in the community where we, our children, our grandchildren and future generations can spend time out doors walking, running, biking and playing tennis.

The Huntsville Women’s Tennis Association and its partner HATA is energized and ready to donate 100% of the proceeds from the Fall Charity Tennis Tournament to support the funding needs for the HTC future tennis expansion. Please help us by making a tax deductible gift payable to:

Huntsville Area Tennis Association

As a sponsor, you will be recognized in a variety of tournament publicity, at the tournament site and in our HWTA newsletter. Your gift towards additional courts will mean that more adults and children can enjoy the sport of tennis.  Thank you for partnering with HWTA to promote tennis and our beautiful community.

Sincerely,
Karen Morris
