HWTA Holiday Luncheon
December 3rd, the date of the HWTA Holiday Luncheon, is fast approaching, and we need your help with door prizes. It’s always a fun part of our events. We have already had a few donations from businesses, that include a weekend stay at the Westin. In addition to these donations, we are asking teams to create baskets for the door prizes. If you’re not part of a team, you can donate single items or work with your current round robin ladies.
Captains and coordinators, please rally your team to help us have the best door prizes, yet! Let’s continue the friendly competition from the courts to our luncheon, and see which team contributes the best door prize–be sure to put your team name on the basket!
The deadline to turn in your basket/prizes will be November 26th. You can contact Betsy Decelle (email@example.com) or Brenda Dawkins (firstname.lastname@example.org) with any questions and to arrange drop offs at the Huntsville Tennis Center.
